We specialize in pre-designed event collections and promise elegance, creativity, and sophistication. We have curated a combination of timeless details that go perfectly together, to create the most beautiful table-scapes for your event. No need to shop for multiple vendors when you have an all in one shop. All you have to do is choose from one of our design collections and we will take it from there! We offer custom designs as well. We will come to your event beforehand, set it all up for you, and come back to pick up our items.

Pre- Designed Stories
Choose from any of our beautiful pre-designed events. Once you select your story, we will arrive for set up just as you see in the photos. We can accommodate events for up to 30 guests, with an additional charge for more. We have the option for a-la-carte upgrades as well!
Rentals

Proposal Coordination
Ready to propose? We can set it up for you! Choose from our proposal packages and we will get there before the magic happens to set up, and tear it down once you are done.

Our Story
Fox & Wren was inspired by our love and our “best-friends forever” type of friendship. Yara has been a wedding and lifestyle photographer since 2014, a wedding planner, and and interior designer. Let’s just say she’s the creative mind behind the operation. Gabriel is a senior software engineer, with over 12 years of experience, and brilliant in all things computers and AI. We can call him the brains behind the operation. Many years ago,
Yara came up with the idea of having a one stop shop for creating beautiful table-scapes and event planning. Over the years she collected many items from all the family/friends events she decorated just for fun, so she thought why not let everyone borrow these items, and borrow her designs as well! Gabriel came along and really pushed the idea forward, providing logistics, engineering things, and pure excitement- one of the many reasons they are best friends forever. There, became Fox & Wren.
